Dr. Alexis Bergstrom has been practicing Veterinary Medicine since 2005. She started working for Animal Medical Center in 2011. Dr. Bergstrom graduated from Michigan State University in 1999 with a degree in Animal Science and in 2005 with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Her favorite thing about the vet field is the variety of different animal cases and rescue work.

Dr. Bergstrom has 6 small rescue dogs ranging from 1 year to 15 years old. She is a proud mom to 3 children.  Dr. Bergstrom follows many sports teams including all Detroit professional teams, her Michigan State University Spartans, and the Columbus Blue Jackets. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, cooking, and doing stuff with her kids.
