Corey Houk has been working for Animal Medical Center since July of 2012. She has held other positions such as kennel, assistant and receptionist. Corey graduated from Kent State in 2009 with a B.S. in Zoology and from Columbus State in 2014 with a A.S. in Veterinary Technology. Her favorite thing about the veterinary field is doing rescue and shelter work for the homeless animals. Corey was inspired to go into the veterinary field when her family dog was hit by a car and needed extensive care.

Corey has 1 daughter named Maddox and has been happily married since 2015. Corey absolutely loves Buckeye football and college softball. In her spare time, Corey enjoys camping, horseback riding, traveling, reading, and gaming.
